# Terms of Service — Golden Harvest Slots (DRAFT)

## 1. The service

Golden Harvest Slots (the "App") is a **free-to-play mobile game distributed as an APK from goldenharvest.app**. It is not distributed via Google Play at this time.

## 2. Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least **18 years old** (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

## 3. NO REAL MONEY — the core rule

1. The App **does not offer real money gambling** and **cannot be used to win real money or real prizes**.
2. Virtual coins, spins, machines and any other in-game items are **entirely virtual**. They:
   - have **no real-world value**;
   - **cannot** be redeemed, cashed out, withdrawn, sold, traded or transferred;
   - exist only inside your account for entertainment purposes.
3. There is **no payout service**, no cash account, no prize drawing and no sweepstakes.
4. Nothing in the App constitutes an offer, stake, wager or bet.

## 4. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits it.

## 5. Fair play

You must not: use bots, emulators or automation to play or watch ads; exploit bugs to generate coins; share or sell accounts; use VPNs or other means to manipulate ad delivery or location; or interfere with the service. We may **reset, suspend or delete** accounts and remove items obtained through such conduct.

## 6. Advertisements

The App is financed by advertising. Ads are optional and never required to progress. Ad rewards are granted only after the advertising provider confirms the view. Ad availability is limited by daily caps and may change.

## 7. Virtual currency

Virtual coins are a **game mechanic, not a currency or a store of value**. We may adjust balances, economy parameters, RTP (return-to-player) settings of virtual games, and reward sizes for balancing, security or anti-abuse reasons. Coins are not property and confer no rights against us.

## 8. Your content and account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information (e-mail) and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in **Settings → Delete my account** (see the Privacy Policy).

## 9. Intellectual property

The App, its code, graphics, sounds and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted except the licence in section 4.

## 10. Availability

The App is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part, including the game economy, at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to £100.

## 11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, particularly section 5 (fair play) or section 2 (age).

## 12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the App. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

## 13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
